This Privacy Policy explains how ZeepleWork Technologies Private Limited collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data collected directly through our corporate website (zeeplework.ai), associated subdomains, public candidate portals (jobs-talent.zeeplework.ai), and web submission forms.

This policy applies strictly to:

• Website Visitors: Individuals browsing our public web pages.
• Sales & Business Leads: Individuals requesting product demonstrations, submitting sales inquiries, or contacting us for business partnerships.
• Job Applicants & Candidates: Individuals accessing our public candidate portal (jobs-talent.zeeplework.ai), submitting resumes, or applying for opportunities.

Note: Formal enterprise subscription and employee data processing within the Zeeple HR software suite by corporate clients are governed separately by our executed enterprise Master Subscription & License Agreement (MSLA) and Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with our corporate clients.

We collect personal information through three direct website interactions:

• 2.1 Lead Generation & Contact Forms — Full name, business email address, phone number, company name, job designation, country, and any message details you provide when submitting forms such as “Request a Demo” or “Contact Us”.
• 2.2 Candidate & Talent Submissions (jobs-talent.zeeplework.ai) — Full name, personal email address, phone number, physical address, employment history, educational qualifications, resume/CV uploads, portfolio links (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub), salary expectations, and candidate survey or screening responses.
• 2.3 Automated Website Analytics — IP address, browser type and version, device attributes, operating system, referring URL, time spent on specific routes, and interaction metrics.

We process personal data strictly for the following purposes:

We do not sell, rent, trade, or commercialize your personal data. We disclose website-collected data strictly to the following trusted third parties:

• Infrastructure & Hosting Providers: Enterprise cloud infrastructure partners (e.g., Microsoft Azure) used to host our website, databases, and talent forms.
• Internal Recruitment & Hiring Teams: Hiring managers and authorized HR personnel evaluating candidate profiles submitted via jobs-talent.zeeplework.ai.
• Legal & Statutory Compliance: Statutory or governmental authorities when explicitly mandated by court orders, local laws, or regulatory bodies in India, the UAE, or other active jurisdictions.

• Business Leads: Retained for as long as active commercial sales engagement continues, or until you request deletion.
• Candidate Records (jobs-talent.zeeplework.ai): Candidate profiles, resumes, and submission data are retained continuously within the Zeeple database to consider candidates for active and future career opportunities, talent matching, and recruitment workflows, unless a candidate explicitly requests deletion or opts out.
• Technical Analytics Logs: Automatically anonymized or purged within ninety (90) days.

Depending on your jurisdiction (under India’s DPDPA 2023, UAE’s PDPL, or global privacy standards), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access & Correction: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you or request corrections to inaccurate details.
• Deletion / Erasure: Request the permanent removal of your lead record or candidate application profile from our systems at any time.
• Withdrawal of Consent: Revoke your consent for us to contact you or evaluate your job application at any time.
